As we approach the holiday season, we'd like to invite you to share the fun and excitement with your neighbors in need at Allied Churches. To make Christmas meaningful for ACAC's shelter guests this year, we have put together a set of Holiday Giving Guidelines, as well as an Amazon wish list that makes it easy to have items shipped right to us!
We need your help right away if we're to continue our holiday tradition of making these men, women and children feel special by sharing with them the joy of the holidays.
Will you:
- Donate a package of new underwear or socks for men, women, and children
- Contribute to our Parent's Christmas Shopping Outing with Walmart giftcards
- Help us stock up on holiday food items such as stuffing, canned yams, or mashed potatoes?
Please consider one or more of these and help a homeless neighbor feel special and maybe -- just for one day -- take a break from their worries and imagine when they might have a home of their own.
